A Sleep Spell for Sapphic Witches
So I came up with this sleep spell a couple weeks ago when I was having some serious trouble falling asleep myself. As I’m a sapphic mentally ill witch, it was super important to me that this spell was really gay & easy to do because a) I don’t have energy for v involved spells and b) I fuckin’ love incorporating my bisexuality into my craft.
If you’re a sapphic witch out there who’s having trouble falling asleep but don’t have a shit ton of energy to do an elaborate spell, then this might just be the spell for you, bby.
So what d'you needa get started? Well, you should probably:
🌙 Make sure you’re in comfy clothes before you start! If you aren’t, change into something that’s clean & helps makes you feel comfortable.
🌙 Find a comfortable, clean & (if you can) quiet place to rest. It’s no fun tryna fall asleep in a hard chair or couch, y'know? Grab some blankets, a pillow or two, and make yourself a comfy ass nest to help relax.
🌙 Play some white noise or calming sounds through your headphones/earbuds if that’s what helps you unwind.
Now that all that shit’s ready and you’re in a state to fall asleep, let’s get to the spell! It’s time to:
🌸 Turn on the blue-light filter on your phone if it’s got the capability. Yes, seriously. Blue light can mess with your sleeping schedule, and you don’t want that shit interferring with the spell!
🌸 Summon up all the gay-ass, sapphic thoughts you can. We’re puttin’ allll the gay into this spell. Got your mind on your own sapphicness & how happy girls (yes, trans girls & female-identifying people count) make ya? Good!
🌸 Channel your intent to fall the fuck asleep, have some nice dreams, and wake up feeling refreshed and rested, fam. Once you’re good on that, it’s time to…
🌸 Repeat this rhyme, either mentally or aloud in a whisper, until your mind drifts off & you finally fall asleep:
